Housing Projects Planned for Peshawar & Mardan
According to news reports, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) housing department has decided to launch two housing schemes in the province within the next two months. The projects consist of the Tokra-III Housing Scheme on Peshawar Ring Road and a multi-story apartment complex in Mardan.

The design of the project is already in progress and will be finalized shortly before the initiative’s launch next month. In addition, the group got an update on the high-rise housing project in Mardan, which would span 2.17 kanals and be completed this October.
Soon, construction work on the Hangu Housing Society’s expansion will commence. The balloting for 2,510 residential plots in Phase III of the Jalozai Housing Scheme has concluded. 750 applications have been submitted for the Jalozai Flats project, a 150-kanal development comprising of 1,320 apartments.

The 836-apartment master plan for the Dangram Housing Scheme in Swat is also complete. In addition, the on-site survey of the Surizai Housing Scheme in Peshawar, comprising 8,500 kanals of plots and apartments of various sizes, has been initiated. The gathering was also informed that land for the project has been located in multiple areas in order to build low-cost housing schemes in the peri-urban regions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
