The Punjab government has launched the Parwaaz Card Program to help young people from the province secure jobs abroad by offering interest-free financial support.
Under the scheme, financial assistance will be provided to 100,000 eligible applicants to cover key overseas employment expenses. These include visa fees, medical examinations, and air tickets, which often become major barriers for individuals despite having confirmed job offers.
The program is aimed specifically at people who already hold a verified foreign job offer from an authorized employer but lack the financial resources to complete the required process. Officials said the initiative is designed to promote safe, legal, and transparent overseas employment.
To be eligible, applicants must be at least 18 years old, must be residents of Punjab, and must possess a valid overseas job offer. Only candidates who meet all eligibility conditions will qualify for support under the Parwaaz Card Program.
The Punjab government said the initiative will help reduce dependence on informal agents and protect job seekers from exploitation. It also aims to improve access to international employment opportunities while supporting skilled and semi-skilled workers.
Applications can be submitted online through the official portal at https://parwaaz.psdf.org.pk. Authorities have advised applicants to enter accurate information during registration to avoid delays during the verification process.
Officials said the Parwaaz Card Program reflects the government’s commitment to empowering youth, expanding legal employment pathways abroad, and supporting families through improved income opportunities.
