If you are a citizen of the UAE and are studying, receiving medical care, or working abroad, you can renew your Emirati passport by working with the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICP) and the UAE consulate there.

How to Renew UAE Passport From Abroad
- Enter your current UAE Pass username and password to log in to the UAE Pass app, which is accessible on Google Play and the App Store. You must set up a new account if you have never used UAE Pass.
- Select “Issue Passports and Return Documents” under the “Individual Services” menu, then select the “Passport Renewal for UAE Nationals Abroad” service. To complete the application form, click “Start Service”.
