Illegal Structures Removed to Clear Way for Lakki Road Project
Lakki Marwat: During an anti-encroachment operation in the remote Dharaka Aziz Khan Sulemankhel neighborhood, several permanent constructions were destroyed.
According to a representative of the local administration, the provincial government had approved a road project for the rural area, and the communication and works department had begun construction on it.

According to the official, additional deputy commissioner Mohammad Anwar Khan Sherani and additional assistant commissioner Ishaq Ali Khan oversaw the action against land squatters.
With the use of machinery, the municipal administration’s anti-encroachment team and staff members from the revenue and C&W departments destroyed the illegal constructions.
According to Mr. Sherani, all encroachments have been removed from the roadsides. He claimed that land squatters had lost control of more than five kanals.
