Sarfaraz Bugti, the caretaker interior minister, instructed the Islamabad police to launch the ICT-15 smartphone application.
To improve efforts at crime prevention and public safety, the app has been released. The software is available for download from the Google Play Store for Islamabad residents.
The ICT-15 allows citizens to quickly report unlawful activity to the capital police. All complaints received via the app will receive an instant response from the department, along with the appropriate action.

Registration Process and Features:
Users can register by providing their name, email address, CNIC, and phone number after installing the app from the Play Store.
Users will receive a One-time password (OTP) on their mobile number after providing these credentials. After completing the registration process, citizens can express their concerns.
Modern features on the ICT-15 include voice recording, an SOS distress alarm button, and options for sharing videos and pictures.
IG Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan stated in a video message that citizens of the federal capital can use the app to report any type of crime.
