Kamyab Jawan and PepsiCo Offer Internship Program
The Prime Minister’s Kamyab Jawan and PepsiCo Pakistan have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to provide the country’s largest internship programme.
Through the MOU, PepsiCo and its bottling partners will offer 1,000 virtual internship positions to students from across the country. The internship programme will prepare students for professional jobs by providing them with work experience in a business setting.

Utilizing the ‘Roshan Kal’ platform has allowed PepsiCo to realise its goal of launching a large-scale campaign for youngsters. PepsiCo Roshan Kal is a youth platform that fosters the development of students’ professional abilities through internships and training programmes.
Through its internship programme and professional skills development programme, implemented in cooperation with Amal Academy, Roshan Kal has provided over 5,300 possibilities for young people.
Present at the event, Mr. Furqan Ahmed Syed, CEO of PepsiCo Pakistan and Afghanistan, stated, ‘Creating opportunities for the Pakistani young is a government priority and an integral part of PepsiCo’s DNA.

The Prime Minister’s Kamyab Jawan initiative is founded on the Pakistani youth’s education, employment, and participation. The programme operates a variety of youth-oriented initiatives.
Mr. Usman Dar, the Prime Minister’s Special Assistant for Youth Affairs, was present for the signing of the MOU.
