Karachi Green Line Becomes Operational from December 25
The long-awaited Green Line Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project would be ready for trial operations in Karachi within the next 10 days, according to Asad Umar, the Federal Minister for Planning and Development, who made the announcement on Sunday.
Imran Khan, the prime minister, will lay the foundation for the Green Line BRT project, which seeks to enhance people’s lives in Karachi, according to a later tweet from Umar.

The Green Line bus service will launch its commercial operations on December 25 after a two-week trial phase. The project was started by former prime minister Nawaz Sharif in 2016 with the intention of finishing it within a year. The project wasn’t finished, nevertheless, for a number of reasons.
