KDA Issues Notification to Address Land-related Issues
Karachi: According to news sources, the Karachi Development Authority (KDA) has released a statement informing residents that documents relating to land and other property matters will be available in the land department office, which is located on the third floor of the Civic Centre.

According to the KDA Director General (DG), Mr. Nasir Abbas Soomro, the notification was issued to help the public and reduce needless interactions with other people.
Citizens will be able to obtain documents like allotment orders, lease transfers, mutations, registered deeds, acquisition lease deeds, permission to mortgage, and certified true copies directly from the department, according to the information provided. Additionally, by presenting a copy of their National Identity card, allottees and buyers can obtain forms 0 to 7 from the cash branch located in the civic centre on the ground floor (NIC).

The allottees can do the same by submitting their case-related documents to the counter on the ground floor.
In order to take prompt action to resolve the issue, the notification further instructed the citizens to file their complaints against the officials on the third floor.
