 Al-Sadat Marketing strongly recommends you to follow these guidelines before you purchase any property in the Kingdom Valley housing scheme:

★ Check verified No Objection Certificate NOC by Capital Development Authority RDA.

★ Verify documents from RDA and CDA.

★ Visit a trustworthy and reputable real estate company.

★ Make sure the funds correspond with the payment plan when purchasing a home.

★ Examine the accessibility of services such as water, gas, and electricity.

★ Conduct a thorough assessment of the infrastructure.

★ Examine the area of Kingdom Valley and see how close you are to hospitals, educational institutions, and offices.

★ Examine the level of security provided to the society’s residents.

Terms and Conditions

• All applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis according to their plot classifications; however, plot allotment may be done by vote upon payment completion.
• The completion of the application forms does not imply that a plot will be assigned to you.
• The final allotment of a plot in Kingdom Valley Islamabad is dependent on full payment of development charges as per the firm’s schedule, as well as clearances from relevant agencies and the Development Authority.
• All payments and installments must be made by bank draught, pay order, or cash in favor of Kingdom Valley Pvt. Ltd. according to the category/size of the plot as per the payment plan.
• Following that, the development costs will be applied according to the management’s schedule.
• The Development Charges do not include the cost of constructing a Masjid, a Commercial Center, a Water Filtration Unit, or a Grid Station (if any), which will be estimated at a later date.
• In the event of late payment of dues, a 0.1 percent per day surcharge will be applied.
• The firm may cancel the membership and allotment of the plot after at least one month of written notice at the current mailing address, and any excuse of change of current address without prior intimation and written acknowledgment of the company shall not be entertained.
• Bookings or plots that have been given or transferred cannot be returned after they have been registered.
• Registration may be revoked at the sole discretion of the firm if two consecutive installments other than the down payment are missed, and 20 percent of the total price of the applied plots will be removed from the deposited cash at the time of cancellation.
• The management reserves the right to re-allot a plot that has been canceled. In this regard, no authority or court of law, as the case may be, shall question the management’s choice.
• After making timely payments that have been acknowledged in writing by management, the applicant will be eligible for plot allocation by vote, as per the terms and conditions.
• Following the ballot, the applicant will be assigned a plot number based on the size and category requested.
• Physical possession will be handed over to the Allottee upon completion of project development and successful completion of payments by the applicant, including development charges/possession costs and all relevant dues collected by the firm, or the concerned government authority/department. The Allottee will have no right to enter or for his or her agents, servants, workers, or contractors to enter the allotted plot until the complete amount is made.
• Applicant agrees to abide by these terms and conditions, as well as the firm’s and the concerned authority’s bye-laws, rules and regulations, resolutions, and instructions governing allocation, possession, ownership, construction, and transfer of plots, as amended from time to time.
