KP Announces More Eid Holidays Than Federal Government
The Eid-ul-Fitr holiday schedule has also been released by the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).
According to the official announcement made by the KP administration, the province will observe Eid-ul-Fitr from Friday, April 21 to Wednesday, April 26. On April 27, formal business will resume throughout the province.

The federal government declared the Eid-ul-Fitr holidays from Friday, April 21 through Tuesday, April 25, on Thursday. The statement came after the Cabinet Division’s suggestion was accepted by the administration.
The Central Ruet-i-Hilal Committee, on the other hand, has also called a special meeting to see the Shawaal crescent. The meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, April 20, 29 Ramadan. On the same day, zonal committee meetings will also be held in the allocated zones.

The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony building in Islamabad will host the main gathering. Molana Abdul Khabeer Azad, the session’s chairman, will take the chair.
