KP CM Orders Establishment of Citizen Facilitation Centres by 2023
According to news sources, Mahmood Khan, the chief minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), has ordered the building of citizen facilitation centres (CFCs) in the province. In the first phase of the plan, CFCs will be constructed in three and six months, respectively, at the provincial capital and headquarters levels.

In addition, CM Mahmood ordered the implementation of an E-summary system to enable the government operate more efficiently and without paper. According to the specs, the E-governance system will be implemented in three parts between June 2022 and June 2023.
The government will use the revised system to provide e-services for 38 to 40 departments, including the issuance of domicile certificates, identification cards, birth certificates, Form B, weapons licence, driver’s licence, and land registration and mutation.

Similarly, 5,000 individuals will be trained to ensure the efficient running of the e-system, with KP serving as the committee’s chair.
In addition, the meeting was informed that the cadastral mapping of provincial state and forest land is nearing completion, which would help prevent land encroachment.
