KP CM Publicized Multi-Billion Uplift Projects for Dir
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister (CM) Mahmoud Khan announced billions of rupees worth of road infrastructure and development projects in the province, according to news reports.

According to sources, CM Mehmood visited the lower Dir region of KP and announced many uplift programmes, including road development, educational institutions, health cards and food cards, as well as special packages for the united districts. Following is a list of announced projects:
One billion Pakistani rupees allocated for diverse construction projects in each Dir constituency.
The construction of the Chashma Right Bank Lift Canal to water the arid southern areas.
Construction of a cadet college, a larger water distribution system for Timargarah, and a sports complex
5 billion Pakistani rupees have been allocated for the Gopalam Irrigation Scheme.
30 billion Pakistani rupees for development and infrastructure in the Lower Dir region

Construction of the 30-kilometer-long Chakdara-Dir Motorway project Construction of the 45-kilometer-long Thal-Patrak-Kumrat road and roads in Bin Shahi, Laram, and Jaz Banda to boost tourism will cost PKR 237 billion.
In addition, CM Khan stated that the government has developed seven Special Economic Zones (SEZs) in various sections of the province, with more projects to follow.
