Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur directed the Departments of Education and Finance to start the program as soon as possible.

As the program’s initial step, the “Taleem Card” would be implemented in Upper Chitral, one of the province’s most underprivileged districts. Before gradually extending the program to other districts, the goal is to evaluate and improve its efficacy in this location.

Gandapur emphasized that this project is expected to become a government signature effort, signifying a significant investment in the nation’s youth.
