Peshawar: A news source reported on January 13 stated that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) administration has suggested building a direct road from Abbottabad city to the Hazara Motorway.
The provincial government has sent a request for the construction of a tunnel-based interchange to Islamabad along with its request for the federal government to expand the Sherwan Interchange.

This enormous project’s main goal is to create a seamless connection between Abbottabad City, Mansehra, Nathiagali, and the neighboring districts in order to eventually lessen Abbottabad City’s traffic congestion.
Officials recently discussed the priority of the Abbottabad BRT project, drainage concerns, and road challenges near the Hazara Motorway’s end at Peshawar Morr. The discussion was place in Abbottabad.
