The All-Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Property Dealers Association in PESHAWAR expressed its displeasure with the government’s increased taxes on their commercial activities and called for a review of the tax rates.
Representatives of the association, including Younas Khan, Dr. Mehrab Bangash, Asmatullah Afridi, and others, voiced their worries about the rising taxes placed on real estate transactions during a recent news conference.

The speakers emphasised the detrimental effects of these taxes on their enterprises, according to the specifics.
Furthermore, they said that those connected to the real estate industry were ultimately being affected by the load.
The speakers said that the Land Revenue Department’s corruption and complicity with the land mafia were causing vulnerable people to be taken advantage of and lose their hard-earned money.
