Lahore: According to a news source on January 25, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) successfully conducted an auction on Wednesday, generating an astounding revenue of over PKR 416 million from the sale of 28 commercial and residential plots.
Plots in different residential schemes were included in the public auction, which was overseen by members of the LDA auction committee, Housing Additional DG, Director Finance, Director Housing, and other officials, according to the news that was released. One of the most significant auction sales was for PKR 21.84 million for the tenancy rights to a marquee site and PKR 6.976 million for a plot in Jubilee Town. Furthermore, four plots acquired PKR 130.959 million, PKR 30.9273 million, PKR 30.9493 million, and PKR 30.4785 million in various blocks of Johar Town. In Mustafa Town, two corner plots sold for PKR 6.369 million and PKR 6 million, while a plot in Gulshan Ravi brought in PKR 9.62 million.
Moreover, eight plots at Tezaab Market, Do Moria Bridge, were sold at the auction for PKR 7.986 million, PKR 6.586 million, PKR 6.586 million, PKR 7.342 million, PKR 7.3 million, PKR 5.838 million, PKR 5.838 million, and PKR 5.846 million additionally.
