LDA City: Applications for Commercial Plots to Be Invited Soon
According to a news source, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) is getting ready to introduce commercial plots in LDA City Jinnah Sector Phase I. Interested buyers will soon be invited to submit applications.
These commercial plots will be subject to balloting in the same manner as DHA polls, as determined by the LDA regulatory body.

While applicants must submit the processing fee at selected banks, the application forms for LDA City commercial plots in Jinnah Sector Phase 1 will be available online at the LDA’s official website.
According to LDA figures, the organisation has given over 10,000 file holders residential plots in Jinnah Sector, where construction projects worth billions of rupees are currently taking place.
Additionally, LDA has assigned plot numbers to these files; the owners may pick up their allocation letters at the LDA headquarters in Johar Town using these plot numbers. The owners must pay any outstanding development charges before receiving the allocation letters.
Charges for LDA City development must be paid in instalments. According to the officials’ plan, the third instalment of LDA City plots must be cleared by March 31.
