Lucky Core Industries Limited has inaugurated a new veterinary medicine manufacturing facility at its Sheikhupura site, marking a key step in expanding its presence in the animal health sector.
According to a notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, the facility is located on the Lahore–Sheikhupura Road and was formally inaugurated on March 30, 2026.
The new plant is expected to support LCI’s Animal Health business by strengthening its local production capabilities and improving the availability of veterinary medicines within the country.
The company described the development as a significant milestone in its broader growth strategy, aimed at increasing domestic manufacturing capacity and reducing reliance on imports in the animal health segment.
LCI had previously announced plans for the facility in June 2023, highlighting it as part of a long-term strategy to expand its footprint in Pakistan’s veterinary and livestock healthcare industry through greater localization and operational scale.
