Mayor Earnie Porta, Mayor of Occoquan Town in Prince William County (USA), showed great interest in Lakeshore City, a rising real estate and tourism project in Pakistan, during a recent meeting with its leadership.
The meeting was attended by Syed Sadat Hussain Shah, Chairman of Lakeshore City, along with Chairman USPICC Muhammad Siddique Sheikh. Sardar Saqib, then President of RCSTSI, was also present.
During the discussion, Mayor Porta appreciated Lakeshore City’s modern planning, strong development vision, and its potential to boost tourism and economic activity in the region. He praised the project’s concept and expressed interest in future opportunities.
Chairman Syed Sadat Hussain Shah briefed him on the project’s key features, upcoming initiatives, and Pakistan’s growing real estate investment climate. The meeting also opened doors for possible international collaboration and partnership.
