Mian Kashif Urges Pakistani Entrepreneurs to Develop Own Brands
On Sunday, Mian Kashif Ashfaq, chairman of the UK-Pakistan Business Council (UPBC), addressed the entrepreneurs of Pakistan. He emphasized that the nation’s entrepreneurs must work carefully to establish “brands” of worldwide caliber. He added that these brands will not only save the economy of the nation, but also grab open global marketplaces.

An acclaimed Investment Consular named Sheheryar Khan addressed a delegation of exporters on the significance of brands. It was suggested that the private sector should take the lead in promoting the brands of young Pakistani businesspeople. It was suggested that if Pakistani entrepreneurs are not empowered, neighboring countries will continue to dominate and sweep worldwide markets, posing a threat to Pakistan’s economy.

Mian Kashif Ashfaq advised that the government do market research to identify new export markets for Pakistani goods, which were regarded as the best in the world in terms of price and quality. “Pakistani missions abroad should be required to market Pakistani products and disseminate trade-related information so that local enterprises can take full advantage of trade prospects,” he added.
