Mickey Arthur Joins Pakistan Team in Rawalpindi
Mickey Arthur, a former head coach of the Pakistan cricket team, has traveled to Pakistan for a three-day training camp.

On April 18, Mickey Arthur, the former head coach of the Pakistan cricket team, arrived in Islamabad amid high expectations from cricket fans. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially announced that Arthur would be joining the squad as a director and contributing his knowledge during the current series against New Zealand.
Before moving to England, where he now holds the position of Head of Cricket for Derbyshire, he is expected to spend one more day with the Pakistan men’s squad, on April 20, before departing.

In order to discuss Arthur’s role with the Pakistani team, including prospective participation in upcoming competitions like the Asia Cup, ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023, ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024, and ICC Champions Trophy 2025, the PCB has been in contact with Arthur. Mickey Arthur hasn’t fully rejected the invitation, but he’s also committed to carrying on with his duties for Derbyshire, occasionally choosing to visit the Pakistan camp.
