Microsoft to Invest $10 Billion in Chat GPT AI
According to reports, the owner and operator of Chat GPT is in talks with Microsoft; once finalised, this $10 billion transaction would increase the firm’s worth to $29 billion.
Microsoft representatives are apparently in talks with the owner of Chat GPT. Microsoft has disclosed that it intends to invest roughly $10 billion on Chat GPT AI technology. Chat GPT will be valued at $29 billion when the transaction is done.

Other venture finance groups are reportedly interested in supporting the innovative Chat GPT. Open AI, the proprietors of Chat GPT, sent out offers to possible investors in the goal of closing the financing round by 2022.
Microsoft and Chat GPT have yet to provide a formal statement on the subject.
According to a recent Wall Street Journal report, OpenAI was aiming to sell its current shares for a $29 billion price. During this wave of investment, major corporations will purchase shares from current shareholders at exorbitant rates.
Chat GPT is one of the most groundbreaking AI chatbots, founded by investor Sam Altman and Twitter CEO Elon Musk. Chat GPT, unlike many other chatbots, can perform complicated jobs like designing web page apps, writing assignments, and even creating engaging stories.

Chat GPT is presently accessible for free public testing.
According to estimates, Microsoft will own around 49% of Open AI, with other investment companies owning the other 49%. The parent firm of Open AI, a non-profit corporation, will own 2%.
This is not Microsoft’s first investment in Open AI; in 2019, the company invested roughly $1 billion and employed a version of the Chap GPT AI technology while developing a new version of its Bing search engine.
