Three of Islamabad’s most prestigious universities, Bahria, Air University, and National Defense University, had previously declared their permanent closures.
Quaid-e-Azam University, on the other hand, made the decision to reopen on Wednesday and to postpone the exams that were initially scheduled for Monday and Tuesday until Saturday.
Private schools should bolster their security protocols, according to advice from the Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Authority (PEIRA). It also made it clear that educational institutions in the federal capital will continue to operate.
The Federal Directorate of Education also released a statement along these lines. However, the Islamabad Deputy Commissioner explained that the widely circulated notice about the closure of commercial banks, markets, and educational institutions is false.
