Murree to Get Parking Plazas to Resolve Major Parking Issues
Liaqat Ali Chatha, the commissioner of Rawalpindi, has instructed the necessary agencies to create a thorough report on constructing two parking plazas in Murree at suitable places.
The director of development and executive engineer has been directed to visit Murree and submit a comprehensive proposal for the building of the parking plazas in the next meeting, according to a spokeswoman who confirmed that a committee had been established to finalize the plans.
Commissioner Chatha also asked about the status of the construction of Murree’s Dadyal, Bustan Mor, and Bansara Gali to Kali Mitti bypasses at the meeting. In the future meeting, he emphasized the importance of providing regular reports on the progress of these projects.

Additionally, he gave instructions to improve the amenities at Kotli Station and Murree National Park.
The forest service has been instructed to launch a calculated tree-planting program in order to enhance Murree’s environmental situation. While considering the locals’ comfort and mobility, this initiative attempts to create a welcoming environment for tourists.
The commissioner further emphasized the significance of accurate weather forecasts and gave the meteorological department instructions to update the relevant agencies on a regular basis. He emphasized that all departments must work closely together and in synchronization.
