Unofficial results from the NA-18 by-election show Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) candidate Babar Nawaz Khan in the lead.
In Haripur, out of 602 polling stations, results from 470 stations have been reported. Babar Nawaz Khan has secured 131,670 votes, while independent candidate Shehrnaz Omar Ayub is in second place with 93,915 votes.
A total of nine candidates were contesting the NA-18 by-election.
