NADRA has introduced a new online service to simplify child registration, enabling parents to obtain the B-Form from the comfort of their homes. This new digital initiative is designed to make the registration process faster and more convenient for families throughout Pakistan.
As part of the latest changes, parents can now apply for their child’s B-Form through the Pak ID Mobile App. This eliminates the need to visit NADRA offices, making it easier to complete necessary documentation for passports, school admissions, and international travel.

To apply for a B-Form, parents must log into their Pak ID account or create a new one. The process involves simple steps such as uploading a recent photograph of the child, verifying the parent’s fingerprint through the app, and submitting all required documents electronically.
One of the key benefits of this service is that once the B-Form is processed, it can be downloaded directly from the Pak ID app, helping parents save time and avoid standing in long queues at NADRA centers.
However, children over one year of age will still need to visit NADRA offices in person to complete their registration.
Regarding fees, the standard B-Form processing service costs Rs. 50, while an expedited executive service is available for Rs. 500 for those needing faster processing.
This move is part of NADRA’s ongoing efforts to digitize and streamline citizen services, making vital documentation more accessible and efficient for families all across Pakistan.
