Arshad Khan, famously known as Chaiwala, has regained his Pakistani nationality after NADRA admitted it had mistakenly blocked his ID card over false claims of Afghani citizenship. The viral tea seller turned businessman thanked everyone after the issue was resolved legally. His lawyer confirmed that NADRA restored his ID card and accepted that the earlier action was based on an error, ending months of confusion about his nationality. Arshad and his family appeared in court, where NADRA verified their documents and confirmed they were genuine. After the decision, Arshad said he was proud to be Pakistani and would always remain so. He thanked his supporters for their encouragement and promised to continue representing Pakistan proudly through his Chaiwala café franchise. Arshad first became famous in 2016 when a photo of him making tea went viral, turning him from a roadside tea seller into a successful entrepreneur with café branches across Pakistan.
