ISLAMABAD, June 30, 2022- The Capital Development Authority (CDA) and the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) have signed an agreement for the creation of the Biometric Verification System (BVS) at the NADRA headquarters.
For the sale, purchase, and transfer of property, NADRA will create biometric verification solutions and finish the implementation procedure. The technology will assist in reducing and eliminating fake attempts to transfer property in Islamabad by means of illegal activity or individuals. Every year, the CDA manages about 20,000 real estate transactions. It is a digital system designed to lessen counterfeiting efforts, lower the danger of counterfeiting, and forbid property transfer transactions.
