The National Cyber Crimes Investigation Agency (NCCIA) has removed all of its senior officers from their positions in a major administrative shake-up. According to official notifications, several key officials across different zones have been dismissed, transferred, or reassigned.
Additional Director NCCIA Rawalpindi, Abdul Rauf, and Additional Director Admin, Mahmood-ul-Hasan, have been relieved of their duties. Additional Director Karachi, Abdul Ghaffar, and Additional Director Multan, Ahmed Zaeem, have also been removed. Deputy Director Abbottabad, Tahir Khan, has been declared an Officer on Special Duty (OSD), while Assistant Director Faisalabad, Asif Iqbal, and Assistant Director Sukkur, Amjad Abbasi, have had their charges taken away.
New appointments have been made to fill key positions. Ahsanullah Chauhan has been posted as Additional Director, Rawalpindi Zone. Mudassir Shah has been appointed Additional Director, Peshawar, and Tariq Khan will now serve as Additional Director, Quetta. Additionally, Assistant Director Fasih has been transferred from Karachi and placed in charge of the Sukkur Zone.
All officers affected by the reshuffle have been instructed to report to NCCIA headquarters immediately. The latest decisions have been formally issued through notifications from the agency’s headquarters.
