Nigeria Urges Pakistan to Establish More Banking Channels
Abioye Muhammed Bello, the High Commissioner of Nigeria, has urged for the introduction of more banking channels to enhance trade between Pakistan and Nigeria.

On Monday, the Head of State of Nigeria visited the Lahore Chambers of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) and spoke about trade promotion between Pakistan and Nigeria.
LCCI President Mian Tariq Misbah, Vice President Tahir Manzoor Chaudhry, Nigerian Counselor Oluwatoyin Orukpe, and Minister Mohammed Goni addressed the audience.
Joint ventures might be utilised to capitalise on trade and investment opportunities in the pharmaceuticals, information technology, construction, and textiles industries of both nations, according to HC.

In his speech, the president of the LCCI stated that Nigeria and Pakistan have close ties and are both major OIC and Commonwealth members.
Misbah also informed the HC that a standing committee titled “Pakistan Africa Business Promotion” has been established in the LCCI. Through this forum, the LCCI hopes to establish formal business links with the Chambers of Nigeria.
