Nova City Islamabad Revises The Plot Prices of 4 Kanal Plots
Nova City Islamabad, a rapidly developing housing project near Islamabad International Airport, has recently made changes to the price of its 4 Kanal FarmHouse plots in May 2023. The society has released the new price, which we have provided for your convenience.

The management informed its members about the price revision well in advance. Now, Nova City has revised the price specifically for 4 Kanal Farmhouse plots.

Under the previous or pre-launch payment plan, the 4 Kanal Farmhouse plots were priced at PKR 12,500,000, with a down payment of PKR 2,500,000. There were 12 quarterly installments of PKR 580,375, along with balloting charges of PKR 1,875,000. Additionally, the old payment plan included development charges.
The updated payment plan reflects increased prices for the launch, as well as adjustments to booking charges, installments, and balloting charges. The total cost of a 4 Kanal Farmhouse plot under the new plan is PKR 15,000,000. The 14 quarterly installments have correspondingly increased to PKR 696,429. Furthermore, the allotting charges have been raised to PKR 2,250,000, and booking charges now stand at PKR 3,000,000.
