Overseas Pakistanis Commission Punjab App to Facilitate Expats
According to media reports, Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Sardar Usman Buzdar launched the Overseas Pakistanis Commission (OPC) Punjab mobile application, Markaz Maal, and a 24/7 helpline to assist overseas Pakistanis.

According to the information provided, the CM revealed that non-resident Pakistanis can now access their property documents and land records through the OPC app. He went on to say that a helpline has been made operational so that Pakistanis living abroad can report complaints or issues 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
In addition, CM Buzdar presided over a meeting to assess the progress of revenue reforms. To improve public access to their revenue records, he disclosed that the total number of Dehi Markaz Maal will be raised to 8,000. Presently, there are 1,052 Dehi Markaz Maal in Punjab.

In addition, the CM ordered that the digital land record service be expanded to include the issuance of inheritance certificates from Dehi Markaz Maal. Additionally, he instructed that all pending revenue cases be resolved as soon as possible.
The number of pending cases has decreased to 43,000 as a result of the online revenue case management system, as reported to the CM. 1.8 million Khasra Girddwari have been digitised, he was informed.
