Five players are participating in their first T20 World Cup: Usman Khan, Azam Khan, Saim Ayub, Mohammad Abbas Afridi, and Ahmed. Both Imad Wasim and Muhammad Amir, who last competed in the competition in 2021 and 2016, respectively, are making a comeback. Eight players remained from the Australian 2022 World Cup squad.

This team combines skill and experience; its members have been playing together for a while and are ready for the competition next month. Even though he was not at Headingley, a PCB representative stated, “We are confident he will continue to excel, playing a crucial role alongside our other key bowlers in the T20 World Cup.”
