The Pakistan Navy has completed a two-day port security and harbour defence exercise at Karachi and Port Qasim, joined by the Coastal Command, Pakistan Maritime Security Agency, Karachi Port Trust, and other agencies.
According to ISPR, the drill focused on detecting and responding to potential threats to maritime facilities, while testing the readiness and coordination of all participants.
The exercise also stressed improved communication and command systems, underscoring Pakistan’s commitment to safeguarding maritime assets and keeping trade routes running smoothly.
