In a tragic incident that has shocked the social media community, 17-year-old TikToker Sana Yousaf was brutally murdered in Islamabad on June 2. The suspect, identified as Umar Hayat—known on TikTok by the alias “Kaka”—has been arrested by Islamabad Police less than 24 hours after the crime. Hayat, who styled himself online as a gangster persona, has confessed to the murder during police interrogation.
According to Islamabad’s Inspector General Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, the murder was motivated by repeated rejections. Sana Yousaf had reportedly declined multiple advances from Umar Hayat, including several contact attempts on her birthday, May 29. Despite being ignored, the suspect showed up at her residence uninvited. Investigators revealed that the suspect shot Sana twice after she refused to engage with him. The fatal shooting took place around 5 PM.
