PM for Forming Regulatory Body to Implement Building Bylaws
Islamabad: According to news sources, Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan presided over a meeting to design a systematic plan to deal with encroachments and emphasized the necessity for a single regulatory agency to oversee the application of construction rules in the capital city.

Also covered during the conference was the green and clean environment program. PM requested that the city administration provide incentives to enable maximum local participation in the tree-planting initiative to protect green spaces.
In addition, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that the government’s primary objective was to increase exports of information technology products.

In a meeting with Amir Hashmi, chairman of the Special Technology Zones Authority (STZA), the prime minister discussed the development of Islamabad Technopolis, a special technology zone in Islamabad. After the completion of the technology zone in Islamabad, a similar zone will be constructed in each provincial capital.
