PM Publicizes Roshan Apni Car and Samaaji Khidmat Schemes
Prime Minister Imran Khan expressed deep gratitude to Pakistanis abroad for their positive response to Roshan Digital Account (RDA). He announced two plans for Pakistanis abroad including Roshan Apni Car and Roshan Samaaji Khidmat to make it more favorable for them.

The Prime Minister appreciated the superior approach of SBP and the banking industry in digitally connecting overseas Pakistanis to the Pakistani banking system and economy through RDA.
He also believes that Roshan Samaaji Khidmat will be able to provide a unique and convenient donation platform for Pakistanis abroad to meet their charity donation goals and Zakat obligations.
SBP Governor Dr. Reza Baqir noted that more than 120,000 Roshan digital accounts have been opened in 170 countries around the world. He noted that deposits through these accounts constitute an entirely new source of foreign exchange inflows, helping to improve Pakistan’s foreign exchange reserves and balance of payments.
