Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has congratulated Pakistani scientists and engineers for the successful launch of the country’s first hyperspectral imaging satellite, HS-1. He called it a major step forward in Pakistan’s journey toward technological and scientific advancement.

The HS-1 satellite was successfully launched from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Centre in China in the presence of Pakistani scientists and engineers. Experts say that HS-1 will greatly improve Pakistan’s ability to collect high-quality data for agriculture, urban development, and environmental research, marking a major milestone in the nation’s space journey.
