PTEGP Invites Bids for Solar Power Energy Systems

Lahore: According to an advertisement, the Punjab government recently received credit from the International Development Association (World Bank Group). For the aim of carrying out The Punjab Tourism for Economic Development Project (PTEGP), sealed offers from qualified bidders are being requested to install “Solar Power Energy Systems” at several monuments and historic sites in Punjab, including:

Lahore’s Jahangir’s Tomb

Lahore’s Noor Jahan’s Tomb

Sheikhupura Rohtas Fort, Jhelum, Taxila Museum, Taxila, and Harappa Museum are examples of nearby landmarks.

The conditions and guidelines will be;

The examination of bids and the award of the contract will be done on a lot basis, and prospective bidders may submit bids for one or more lots. You can get pertinent documents from www.ptegp.punjab.gov.pk. Printed documents can also be ordered directly from the office or sent by courier for a fee of PKR 3,000.
Bids must be delivered between the hours of 9:00AM and 4:00PM to the PMU Punjab Tourism for Economic Development Project office at 175-A, Upper Mall Scheme. For each lot issued by a scheduled bank, each bid must be supported by a security equal to at least 2% of the bid amount.
The purchase will be done in accordance with the established guidelines of the World Bank Procurement Guidelines, January 2011. The bidding will be done through National Competitive Bidding (NCB).
On May 6, 2021, at 2:30 PM, the bids will be publicly opened in front of the bidders and/or their appointed representatives. Late bids won’t be accepted beyond May 6, 2021 at 2:00 PM, the deadline for bid filing.
