According to the party’s political committee, Ain Ahmad will contest from NA-66 (Wazirabad), while Munazza Fatima has been nominated for PP-87 (Mianwali). Both candidates have the party’s full backing.
The committee added that names for the remaining seats will be finalized soon and shared with PTI founder Imran Khan before being made public.
Condemnation of arrests
During the meeting, members condemned the recent arrest of Aleema Khan’s sons, calling it an unnecessary move.
Opposition leader decision on hold
The party also discussed the nomination of opposition leaders. Imran Khan advised delaying the decision until all legal matters are settled. If hurdles remain, Mahmood Achakzai and Azam Swati are likely to be considered for the roles.
