This tax, which affects almost 2000 villages in Punjab, would be levied on residents of Khushab, Mianwali, Bhakkar, Sargodha, Chakwal, Pakpattan, Chiniot, Jhang, Rajanpur, Rahim Yar Khan, DG Khan, Lodhran, Bahawalpur, Muzaffargarh, and Multan.
