The Punjab Transport Company has announced paid internship opportunities for two months, offering young graduates and students a chance to gain practical experience in the public sector.
According to the official notice, internships are available in five departments: Information Technology, Operations and Planning, Finance and Accounts, Engineering and Infrastructure (Civil), and Marketing and Communication. The program is aimed at giving participants hands-on exposure to real working environments while helping them build professional skills.
The company said applicants must have a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification from a Higher Education Commission-recognized institution in a relevant field. Students who are currently enrolled in relevant degree programs can also apply, provided they submit a reference letter from their university.

Punjab Transport Company has set the monthly stipend for the internship program at Rs. 50,000. Officials clarified that the internship is temporary and does not guarantee or create any right to permanent employment. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further steps.
Interested candidates are required to apply by email and submit their resume or CV to [email protected]. The last date to apply for the internship program is January 28, 2026. The company has also stated that it reserves the right to accept or reject any application without giving a reason.
The internship initiative is expected to help young professionals build practical skills while contributing to the improvement of transport planning and services in Punjab.
