Punjab to Give Possession of New Affordable Houses Next Month

A significant achievement has been made by the Punjab government, which finished building 245 houses in Raiwind, Lahore, as a cost-effective housing effort.

These homes are scheduled to be given to lower-level government employees on January 15 following specific orders from Punjab Caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi.

Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi personally inspected Raiwind and evaluated the homes built as a part of the affordable housing program.

Entering the available spaces, he gave orders right away for the distribution of these residences to public servants.

Mohsin Naqvi stressed the need for the sewage and drainage work in the newly built residences to be finished as soon as possible.

Furthermore, he instructed pertinent authorities to attend to critical issues concerning the allocation procedure expeditiously.

Representatives from the Punjab government provided Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi with a thorough briefing on the affordable housing program.

Key authorities were in attendance, including the Local Government Commissioner, the Chief Secretary, the Additional Chief Secretary, the Secretary of Housing, Construction, and Communication, and representatives from the Bank of Punjab and EFU.
