Rawalpindi Ring Road to Be Given Priority, Says Commissioner
RAWALPINDI: Liaquat Ali Chatta, the Project Director of the Rawalpindi Ring Road (RRR) and Commissioner of the Rawalpindi Division, presided over an important consultative meeting with a number of stakeholders to talk about the potential advantages of the Ring Road project in easing traffic problems in the twin cities.

Saif Anwar Jappa, the director general of the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), as well as the presidents of the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Bus and Transport Union, the Rawat Industrial Estate, and representatives from Anjuman-e-Tajran Rawalpindi attended the meeting.
The Commissioner emphasized the importance of the Rawalpindi Ring Road and stated that the project will be given top attention because it might help the area’s traffic issues.
For third-party validation consulting services, the RDA formerly collaborated with Asian Consulting Engineers and Botek Bosporus Technical Consulting Company, both of which are Turkish businesses.

The Commissioner claims that the objective is to determine the optimal path for the Rawalpindi Ring Road while validating current suggestions.
