RDA Serves Notice to Illegal Housing Scheme ‘Rose Valley’
The “Rose Valley” illegal house development near Mouza Adiala on Adiala Road has been targeted by the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA).
The RDA served a notice on the owners of the illegal scheme, Zafar Mushtaq, Sharjil Ahmad, and Haris Iftikhar, at the Director General Muhammad Saif Anwar Jappa’s request for allegedly misleading and defrauding the public.

The RDA’s Metropolitan Planning and Traffic Engineering (MP&TE) Directorate has also ordered the housing project to be demolished.
Additionally, the proprietors have been told to stop selling this unlicensed and illegal housing plan immediately after filing a First Information Report (FIR) against them.
Director General Muhammad Saif Anwar Jappa has emphasised the importance of taking rigorous action against unauthorised housing scheme marketing and illicit advertising.

Additionally, he has instructed the appropriate authorities to file police reports (FIRs) against anyone breaking the norms and regulations governing housing constructions.
According to the civic body’s representatives, the authority is still dedicated to making sure that all housing developments follow the proper guidelines and permissions.
