RDA Operations Against Illegal Housing Schemes in Rawalpindi

Rawalpindi: According to the most recent reports, the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) enforcement division is intensifying its operation against illegal housing schemes in Rawalpindi. The primary objective of this operation is to take stern action against proprietors who violate the rules.

RDA has taken significant action against three unlawful housing projects, including:

1. Islamabad Marina City Mouza Garbal
2. Pakistan Employees Cooperative Housing Society Mouza Mohri Khatran & Garbal
3. Seven Enclave Housing Society at Mouza Garbal Fateh Jang Road

Moreover, during the operation, RDA demolished the unlawful housing societies’ site offices. The RDA’s enforcement unit has taken additional stringent measures against illicit housing developments. The RDA team has delivered the notices to the proprietors.

During the previous operation, the squad demolished the booking offices, billboards, and primary entrances of the following housing developments.

1. Cighu Farmhouses Housing Scheme at Mouza Chak Cighu
2. Royal Ghar Housing Scheme at Mouza Pariyal, Chak Beli Khan Road
3. New Iqra City/Iqra Residencia at Mouza Chakri, Jorian Rawat Road

According to the report, the RDA’s enforcement unit has also issued stern warnings to the proprietors of five other illicit private housing societies that violated the law, including:

1. Green Lake City at Dhoke Bhaia Rawat
2. Safanza New Era at Ralla Gujrain Chak Beli Khan Road
3. Royal Ghar (Apna Ghar) at Mouza Paryal Chak Beli Khan Road
4. New Iqra City at Mouza Dheri Jorian, Rawat
5. Hoon Farmhouses at Mouza Adiala Road
