RDA Supports Private Housing System Rules
Rawalpindi: The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has approved the Private Housing Plan and Land Division Code-2020 in Rawalpindi County.

The decision was made at the 54th meeting of the GDR’s governing board, chaired by chairman Tariq Mehmood Murtaza.
The meeting was held in the RDA conference room.
The President of the GDR said that the government’s business facilitation policy is in the public interest to solve problems and speed up the approval process to stimulate the construction industry, create opportunities for employment and management of construction-related businesses.

The director general of the RDA, retired Captain Abdul Sattar Isani, detailed the items on the agenda to the governing body. The regulator has approved the creation of two positions of Chief Planning Officer in BPS-20 and Chief Architect in BPS-20, which will be appointed by a government delegation or by choice.
