On Thursday, information was provided to the Senate Standing Committee on Power indicating a recovery of about Rs 1 billion had been made recently.

According to data, the caretaker government apprehended 490 people between September 7 and September 14, filed 4,241 First Information Reports (FIRs), and recovered Rs. 951 million from power thieves.
