Islamabad: The news sources state that the Punjab government’s “Topaz Block,” a branch of the Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA), has formally announced the release of an RFP. For the Design Build Finance Operate Maintain project, a Request for Proposal (RFP) has been released (DBFOM).

Based on the available data, this is a significant real estate development project spanning around 12,500 acres. A Public-Private Partnership (PPP) structure would be used to carry out the project. The RFP documents can be purchased, and interested parties have until Friday, March 1, 2024, to obtain them. The deadline for submitting bids is Monday, March 4, 2024, at 3:00 PM.
