Rudn Enclave Executive Block Second Balloting Results

The housing project Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi, developed by RMRSCO, is moving along quickly. The first balloting for the project has already taken place, and the developers have completed the second balloting as well. The administration formally declared the results of the second balloting in the Rudn Enclave. On November 16, 2023, the Executive Block held its second round of voting.

Just visit Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi’s official website, navigate to the main menu, and look for the voting option in the upper-right corner of the page.
You can also go to the voting page by clicking this link: https://rudnenclave.com/secondballot.php.
After you click on it, a screen with voting results will open, allowing you to enter your plot details and verify the validity of your ballot.
Enter your registration number and CNIC on the balloting results page, then click the “check your status” option.
The outcome will be seen in the table below, which includes your plot’s size, sector, number, street, and status.

This balloting includes the Executive Block’s residential and commercial plots. Members who paid off at least 65% of their plots were counted towards this balloting. The management also said that members who had made the most significant payments would receive priority.

New Prices

Rudn Enclave’s open and closed files are now subject to the new pricing. The management will soon announce the revised rates for all the booked files with a 20% down payment. All open and closed files and residential and commercial plots in the Executive Block and H Block will be subject to the new charges.
